Welcome to Hormetic Hub – a space for athletes and high performers to train smarter, recover deeper, and sharpen the mind. By accessing our services (including our website, online programs, coaching, resources, and community), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are
Hormetic Hub is operated by Fraser Ditchfield, based in New Zealand. We provide digital training resources, coaching support, and community access focused on athletic performance and personal development. By subscribing or participating, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Under-18 Particpants
To sign up for Hormetic Hub, you must be at least 16 years old.
- If you are 16 or 17 years old, you’ll need parental or guardian consent to join. By signing up, your parent or guardian confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
- We may request proof of age or parental consent before granting or continuing access.
Our content is designed primarily for adults, and all users must agree that:
- If you have any pre-existing injuries, health conditions, or concerns, you agree to seek clearance from a qualified health professional before starting any of our programs.
- You are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and safety.
- You understand that our programs are for general guidance only and are not a substitute for medical or professional advice.
3. Membership, Billing, and Cancellations
- Our Services run on a rolling monthly subscription at NZD 79 per month (or as updated on our website).
- Payment is taken automatically via Stripe on the anniversary of your sign-up date.
- You may cancel any time through your Stripe dashboard or by emailing support; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not offer refunds for unused time, partial months, or downloaded resources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we detect payment failure or breach of these Terms.
4. Coaching and Resource Disclaimer
The information provided through Hormetic Hub (including videos, PDFs, and coaching support) is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and we do not guarantee results. Participation in physical training or recovery protocols is done at your own risk.
5. Code of Conduct
We’re committed to a supportive and inclusive environment. By joining Hormetic Hub, you agree to:
- Be respectful in all communications.
- Not promote external products, services, or events without permission.
- Not post content that is offensive, harassing, or inappropriate.
We reserve the right to remove users from the community for breaching these guidelines without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Hormetic Hub and its team are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of our services. You participate at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property
All Hormetic Hub content, including training programs, PDFs, videos, and branding, remains the property of Hormetic Hub and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.
8. Privacy & Data
- We collect only the information needed to run your subscription (name, email, payment details) and to improve our Services.
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for payment processing (Stripe) or as required by law.

9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify active subscribers by email or via group post at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
10. Termination
You can cancel anytime (see Section 3).
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms.
