Our programs are built around your sport and competition calendar. Using proven methods like triphasic and MAS training, we take an evidence-based approach to boost performance and reduce injury risk. Each plan includes both gym-based strength work and conditioning tailored to your sport.
Each month, you’ll get practical, evidence-based resources to support your performance outside your programmed strength and conditioning sessions. These cover topics like sleep, mindfulness, goal setting and food guides. They’re designed to be practical and actionable — so you can apply them right away to boost athletic and everyday performance.
These are 30-minute sessions that are broadcast live to the group every 2 weeks. During this time we cover a key performance topic members are interested in, unpack new programs and resources and answer any general questions members have – so you stay clear, focused, and on track.
